Our client is seeking an experienced  Contract  Recruiter  to support full-cycle recruiting initiatives across business and corporate functions. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to identify, attract, and hire top talent in a fast-paced investment management environment.

Job Description:


Compensation : $40 - $46

Job Function:  

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer stage
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, and recruiting strategies
  • Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for both technical and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and manage interview scheduling and candidate communication
  • Maintain accurate candidate tracking and recruiting documentation within ATS systems
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Provide market insights, compensation trends, and recruiting updates to stakeholders
  • Support recruiting process improvements and hiring initiatives as needed  

Job Requirements:


Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Prior recruiting experience within financial services, investment management, private equity, hedge funds, or related industries preferred
  • Strong sourcing and talent pipeline development experience
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
