Employee Career Paths

Recruiters & Staffing Associates: This is the backbone of our business. In this role, you will source and screen qualified candidates, navigate the interview process, negotiate offers and make placements with our client partners.

Account Management: All account managers work in a client service and sales capacity by managing existing client relationships and expanding those relationships by acting as the go-to point of contact for all hiring needs.

Sales/Business Development: Our sales team focuses on driving leads and outbound sales, obtaining new client partners, building client relationships, and earning new and repeat business from our client base.

Trainers: Each team has designated trainers who operate in a leadership capacity to teach recruitment processes, best practices and sales strategy to new and experienced recruiters.

Team Manager: Our team managers oversee all aspects of their teams’ operations including sales strategy, resource management, personnel development and goal setting for the business.

Operations: Our operations track is a critical part of our business for non-recruiting team members. Operational roles include administrative support, sales support, compliance, accounting and finance.

Dylan Forsyth

Director, Recruitment - Corporate Services

Dylan joined WhiteCap in May 2021 and has quickly become an integral part of our team, helping to grow our expanding Corporate Services team. Dylan specializes in recruiting across the Human Resources and Office Support verticals and is a trusted advisor to both candidates and clients. He has also grown into a leadership role, helping to train and develop newer members of the team and approaches every day with a positive and focused mindset which is contagious. We fully envision Dylan’s progression continuing as he helps WhiteCap expand this very important division of the firm.

Kevin Gilligan

Managing Director, Recruitment - Accounting & Finance

Kevin joined WhiteCap in January 2021 and has been a catalyst the growth for the Accounting and Finance team. Kevin has over 20 years of experience which has allowed him to excel in own transition as well as providing junior team members mentorship and guidance in theirs. He has a true knack for our business and has established long-lasting relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and talent acquisition professionals alike. Our clients find him patient, welcoming, intelligent, and knowledgeable in the space. He has and will continue to be vital to the team’s continued growth and expansion.
