They are currently seeking an Executive Assistant Floater to support teams in their New York office, providing high-level administrative coverage in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation : $40 - $43

Job Function:  

  • Maintain complex, constantly shifting executive calendars.
  • Prioritize and schedule meetings internally and with external stakeholders.
  • Anticipate conflicts and propose solutions to keep executives on track.
  • Book and manage domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, ground transport).
  • Prepare detailed travel itineraries and adjust plans on short notice.
  • Monitor and respond to emails or calls on behalf of executives.
  • Draft and format professional business correspondence.

Job Requirements:


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.  
  • 4-5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant coming from Private Equity, Asset Management or related field with working capabilities to support various teams.
  • SAP Concur experience required.
  • MS Office experience required.
