Job Description:
Job Function:
Organizing and maintaining both HR physical and digital files and records.
Retrieving documents when requested by other departments or team members.
Making copies, scanning, mailing, sorting, and possibly destroying/out‑archiving documents that are no longer needed.
Updating the filing system, classification, labeling, indexing so that records are easy to find.
Maintaining logs of files checked out or moved, ensuring nothing gets lost.
Ensuring confidentiality and compliance, especially if documents include sensitive or proprietary information.

Job Requirement:
Data analysis experience.
Proficiency in mid-level Excel.
SAP experience strongly preferred.
1.5+ years of HRIS processing experience (candidates with general HR experience and knowledge of HRIS systems will also be considered).
