A leading investment firm is seeking an experienced Loan Closer to support its Bank Debt Operations team in a high-volume, fast-paced trading environment. This role focuses on syndicated loan settlements with exposure to private credit transactions and offers the opportunity to convert to a full-time position.

Compensation : $70 - $75

Job Function:

  • Manage end-to-end closing of syndicated loan transactions
  • Process and settle LSTA/LMA loan trades across a high-volume portfolio
  • Coordinate with traders, counterparties, custodians, and agents to ensure timely settlement
  • Handle trade allocations, documentation, and post-trade follow-ups
  • Monitor and resolve settlement breaks and exceptions
  • Utilize ClearPar throughout the trade lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate books and records across internal systems
  • Support cash movements and liquidity coordination across transactions

Job Requirements:


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • 5+ years of loan closing experience within financial services
  • Strong experience with syndicated loan settlements and LSTA market practices
  • Proven ability to manage high transaction volumes and complex allocations
  • Hands-on experience with ClearPar required
  • Background in hedge funds, investment management, or similar environments preferred
