Own the market. Build the team. Drive the revenue. We’re hiring a Market Director to launch and scale our Professional Services division across Long Island. 

Job Description:


Compensation : $80000 - $120000

What You’ll Do:

  • Launch and grow a Professional Services vertical (A&F, Admin, Ops).
  • Drive new business across mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Hire, develop, and lead a team of consultants.
  • Own P&L performance and revenue growth.  

Job Requirements:


Who You Are  

  • 5–10+ years in  agency staffing (A&F, Admin, FS, etc.).  
  • Proven  billing success and client growth.  
  • Ability to  build and scale a market from scratch.
