An esteemed academic medical center in the Bronx is seeking Microbiology Supervisor to lead a complex clinical microbiology department spanning bacteriology, virology, mycology, and related specialties, overseeing staff, operations, and quality in a mission-driven hospital setting.

Job Description:


Compensation : $115000 - $125000

Job Function:

  • Oversees 10 technologists
  • Monday – Friday | 8am–4pm
  • Full operational oversight of micro department
  • Acts as technical and administrative leader

Job Requirements:


Job Requirements:

  • NYS Clinical Lab Technologist license (Micro focus)
  • 4+ years experience in microbiology
  • Supervisory or lead experience required
  • Broad technical expertise beyond bacteriology
