Primary Care Physician needed for community health organization in Brooklyn to focus on outpatient care. This is a great opportunity to provide specialized care and make a meaningful impact in the local community.   

Job Description:


Compensation : $230000 - $280000

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and manage HIV, HBV, HCV, and co-infections
  • Develop and monitor evidence-based treatment plans and patient outcomes
  • Provide preventive services including PrEP/PEP, STI screening, and vaccinations
  • Deliver patient education and support adherence strategies
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners
  • Support program development, quality initiatives, and clinical mentorship
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance

Job Requirements:


Job Requirements:

  • New York State license, DEA, CSR preferred
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Recognized as an HIV Specialist through the American Academy of HIV Medicine (AAHIVM)
  • 3 years plus of hands-on clinical experience managing patients with HIV, viral hepatitis, or related infectious conditions (preferred)
