WCS Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to provide overnight nursing care ata juvenile residential facility in Highland, NY.
The RN will provide direct patient care, medication administration, and clinical monitoring for adjudicated male youth in a secure residential setting. The RN will also participate as a member of the facility’s multidisciplinary medical treatment team.
Supervisory staff will be present during the provision of nursing care.

Job Function:
- Shift: 40 hrs/ 5x8 Nights
- Administer medications, including controlled substances, per facility protocols
- Maintain accurate medication records and inventory control
- Conduct ongoing health assessments of youth residents
- Develop, review, and evaluate nursing intervention plans
- Ensure care aligns with individualized treatment plans
- Maintain infection control and safety standards
- Participate in staff training and in-service education
- Prepare clinical and administrative documentation and reports
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary medical and behavioral health teams
- Provide general nursing care within a structured residential environment

- Active RN license in New York State (required)
- BLS Certification (required)
- Must meet all state licensing requirements (no exceptions)
- Ability to work overnight shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
