Job Function:
Complex Patient Management: Comfortably manage, stabilize, and care for complex, unstable, and critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment.
Diverse Case Care: Provide adaptable nursing care across multiple medical profiles, including trauma/emergency, ICU overflow, psychiatric holding, and general boarding populations.
Critical Care Delivery: Demonstrate strong clinical decision-making skills and critical care competencies in a high-volume unit.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of dedicated Emergency Department (ED) or Intensive Care Unit (ICU) experience, completed post-orientation.
Certifications: Active Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certifications.
Core Competencies: Proven critical care skills, exceptional adaptability, and comfort working within a highly fluid, high-acuity setting.
