WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced  Critical Care Nurse  for a contract assignment at a highly respected hospital in  Boston, MA. This role is ideal for an  ICU‑trained RN with strong clinical judgment, rapid assessment skills, and the ability to manage complex, high‑acuity patients.

Compensation : $56 - $58.06

Job Function:  

  • Rotating Shift.
  • 3x12.
  • Evaluate and continuously  monitor  patient progress in the  ICU.  
  • Identify  sudden or subtle changes in patient condition and intervene appropriately.  
  • Provide  timely  updates to physicians, patients, and family members.  
  • Initiate treatments, administer  medications, and monitor dosing.  
  • Respond to medical emergencies and activate  appropriate clinical  teams.  
  • Deliver  comprehensive care throughout the patient’s  ICU  stay.  
  • Complete all required documentation prior to patient transfer  
  • Maintain  accurate  and detailed patient records  
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans  

Job Requirements:


Job Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing  (BSN)  

  • BLS  & ACLS  certifications  from the American Heart Association  are  required  

  • 2+ years recent acute care inpatient experience or current ICU experience

  • 1+ years of travel RN experience – required

  • Strong background in high‑acuity, complex patient care
