WCS Healthcare is seeking an experienced  Labor & Delivery RN  to join a high‑performing  L&D team at a respected hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts. The ideal clinician is confident in fetal monitoring, labor management, emergency response, and supporting providers throughout the childbirth process.

Compensation : $74.19 - $74.19

Job Function:

  • Shift: 3x12 Nights 13-week contract
  • Assess and categorize patients into the  appropriate level  of care
  • Apply and interpret  external fetal monitoring, including fetal heart tracings and uterine activity
  • Implement  timely  interventions based on fetal heart rate patterns and maternal condition
  • Identify  and respond to obstetric emergencies, escalating to providers appropriately
  • Administer medications safely  in accordance with  the  Five Rights  and infection‑control standards
  • Perform pain assessments and reassess per clinical guidelines  
  • Assist  physicians and midwives during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum care

Job Requirements:


Job Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Active Massachusetts RN License (or willingness to obtain immediately upon offer)
  • Minimum 2+ years of recent Labor & Delivery experience (3+ years preferred)
  • Previous travel experience preferred
  • Must have experience circulating C-sections
  • EPIC charting experience required
  • AWHONN Intermediate (or higher) required
  • BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications (AHA required)
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
