Job Function:
- Shift: 40 hrs | 5x8 Rotating Day/Evenings.
- Document all patient care accurately, completely, and promptly in the facility EMR.
- Prepare the operating room for procedures and assist with room turnover.
- Assist with patient positioning and ensure comfort and safety throughout the procedure.
- Handle and label specimens according to policy.
- Maintain strict adherence to aseptic technique and infection‑control standards.
- Identify and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and OR staff to ensure efficient workflow.
Job Requirements:

- Active Massachusetts RN License required
- BLS (AHA) required
- BSN preferred
- CNOR preferred
- Scrub experience preferred
- 1–2 years OR nursing experience
- Must be able to circulate independently
- Strong aseptic technique required
- Multispecialty OR experience required
- Experience with Mako and da Vinci surgical systems preferred
