WCS Healthcare is seeking an experienced Med/Surg Tele RN for a Float Pool position covering multiple units across the hospital. This role requires strong telemetry skills and the ability to work across diverse inpatient populations, including ED border patients, acute mental health, and ICU transfer-ready patients.

Compensation : $49.84 - $54.84

Job Function:

  • Shifts: 3x12 Nights | Nights with every other weekend (36 hours/week) |Day/evening rotation with 1–3 night rotations per contract (as needed)
  • Float between 8 hospital units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, ED border areas, and ICU overflow
  • Perform continuous cardiac monitoring and interpret telemetry strips every 4 hours
  • Manage cardiac drips and monitor patient response
  • Provide nursing care across varied inpatient populations
  • Assist with medication administration in acute mental health settings
  • Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across units

Job Requirements:


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of acute care hospital experience preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of travel nursing experience preferred
  • Strong telemetry interpretation skills required
  • Experience with cardiac drips and TR band management
  • Required Certifications: Active MA RN License, AHA BLS
  • Ability to safely float across multiple units and patient populations
