Job Function:
Provide administrative and operational support to recruiters and leadership.
Manage scheduling, documentation, and communications across client and candidate processes.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and tracking systems in ATS/CRM platforms.
Support onboarding, compliance, and internal process coordination.
Build and strengthen client and candidate relationships through professional, timely communication.
Contribute to team efficiency by streamlining workflows and supporting special projects.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience in an administrative, recruiting, or staffing support role preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ATS/CRM tools is a plus.
